This course deals with team formation, teamwork, and management of meetings. We will study group decision making methods, team interactions, team communication, and team problems.
You must know different roles of team members, how to hold meetings and its regulation.
We will also study strategic planning, negotiation & leading teamwork.
You have to know also types of teams, and how to lead them, and how the leader will solve conflicts between members.
