About Instructor

Dr. Samir is a specialist in Disaster Management, Family Guidance & Hospital Management
adding to his experience in different fields such as Mass Casualty Management, Training and
Training of Trainers, Dead Body Management, Psychosocial support, Health Emergencies in
Large Populations.
Now he is a Frist aid Officer in one of the most reputable International Organizations
around the world, Specialized in Armed Conflicts and Disasters. This came after a long experience
in Emergency Action teams training (six years) with The Egyptian Red Crescent inside and
outside Egypt.
He has been Honored by Libyan Red Crescent, Egyptian Journalists Syndicate,
Egyptian Military Academy and others For his efforts in training their staff on
emergency response.
