Dr. Mohamed Adel Elfaiomy (MD, CPHQ, CMQ/OE, ASQ Lean specialized, Google certified data analyst, Basic assessor at European foundation of quality management EFQM ) is a physician, Healthcare Quality professional, data analyst and Surveyor.

In past 11 years he has worked as a quality management physician, and as a leadership and quality surveyor at Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of healthcare institutions (CBAHI) since 2017.

With a bachelor degree in medicine and surgery and professional certificates like CPHQ and ASQ CMQ/OE, he has comprehensive understanding of the healthcare management processes and concepts. he also has vast experience in accreditation, performance improvement, lean management, data analysis, patient safety programs development, and risk management.

He was a speaker in many national and international conferences in Cairo, Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, Bern, Arizona, and Texas, and served as a preliminary judge in ASQ ITEA for the year 2017 in Plano, Texa, and in 2021(virtual).

He facilitated many training programs in the field of quality management, performance improvement and patient safety which is recognized by IHI (Institute of Health Improvement) in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, and Bahrain.

In his current position he has led the successful JCI accreditation in the years 2016 and 2019, the successful CBAHI reaccreditation in 2017 and 2020, Also facilitated many improvement projects over years with proven effective performance enhancements.
