Dr. Abdalla Ibrahim is the Managing Director of Smart Management Consultancy, Holder
of three master’s degrees one in medicine, second in health, and third in Business & he has specialized in Healthcare Quality Accreditation, Healthcare management,
Corporate Social Responsibility, Quality Management, Medical Practice, and Patient Management, Building Capacity, and Personal Development.
Additionally, he worked as an Adjunct Business Faculty (Assistant Professor) to Geneva Business School, KSA-Campus for Master of Healthcare Management, and MBA in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar, and Bahrain destinations.
Dr. Ibrahim is a Healthcare Quality Expert & Certified Healthcare Surveyor &
Accreditation Specialist and International Surveyor with Accreditation Canada, Leader
of Task Force Teams & Quality Projects. Dr. Ibrahim is a Family Doctor by background
since 1997 and a former member of the Primary Healthcare Accreditation Committee of the Ministry of Health Bahrain
He is an Individual Networking Partner Member of the European Organization for Quality, a member of Bahrain Quality Society, Bahrain Health & Safety Society, and finally, Bahrain Management Society. He is a Community Speaker in Rotary Act Clubs & Specialty Societies.
Previously, he was a Health Adviser & Community Development Supervisor with Plan-International, Egypt a well-known International NGO.
He was a speaker in the International Conference & spoke on Healthcare Quality and Patient Safety (latest 6th, 7th, and 9th
Patient Safety Congress, Dubai 2016, 2017and 2019. The event was organized by Informa Company and accredited by Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi) Head of Scientific Committee of Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety Conference, May 25-26, 2016 Bahrain
