Prof of Orthopedic surgery Ain Shams University
Dr. Khaled is a professor Orthopedics, his Subspecialty is pediatric orthopedics, & Orthopedic Trauma and
management of deformities and limb lengthening & reconstruction beside General orthopedic practice.
He was elected as the director of the scientific committee & medico-legal committee at the
Egyptian Medical Syndicate.
He is also the chairman of the SICOT Fellowship committee (International association of
orthopedic surgeons) & member of the Trauma Committee.
He achieved M.B.,B.Ch- Ain Shams University, 1990 (M.D.), Master degree orthopedic surgery- Ain Shams University, 1994 &Doctoral Degree Orthopedic surgery/ Ain Shams Univ.1998.
Outside Egypt, he obtained ECFMG- three parts, USA, European Board in Orthopedics and Traumatology FEBOT (2010), FRCS Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons (England) 2015.
He spent 3 month AO fellowship (Switzerland),
1-year Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship- Ohio (USA), 6-month Pediatric Orthopedics &Scoliosis Fellowship- Texas (USA),5 years as Lecturer and consultant of Orthopedics &Trauma (Egypt) & 1 year Shriners Hospital for Children (Portland Oregon USA).
He is also the director of the Orthopedic Unite Ain Shams University specialized hospital.
He has many international scientific publications in the field of limb lengthening &reconstruction and pediatric orthopedics &
