This course is an advanced course for the diagnosis and management of arterial hypertension. It is based on the last update of the European society of cardiology guidelines for the management of arterial hypertension that was published in 2018. By the end of this course, you will know what is meant by blood pressure, classification and definitions of hypertension approaches for the diagnosis, follow up & management of blood pressure including different clinical scenarios, specific management in certain groups, hypertensive urgency, resistant hypertension, and peri-operative management of blood pressure.
