Dr. Ahmed Sawahel is A Specialist Psychiatrist, Founder, and Clinical Director at Wesal for
psychological consultancy and training. The former Head of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Unit
at Helwan Mental Health Hospital. Over the past 8 years, he has worked in Helwan’s
Emergency Department, Child and Adolescents Psychiatry Unit, Adolescent Addictions Unit, and
the Adult Psychiatric Department.
He was the former clinical director of Dawar for Arts and Development helping with teaching in
many training programs like Psychodrama Training Program, Applied Drama training program
and Wellbeing Fundamentals for Working with Adolescent and Children
He provided many workshops and groups for Egyptians and non-Egyptians using psychodrama,
expressive arts and drama therapy for trauma healing and resilience enhancement.
In addition to his work at Helwan Hospital, he taught at BUC (Badr University of Cairo) and
Heliopolis University.
Dr. Mustafa Abu Al-Azayem, a specialist in psychiatry and addiction treatment and an expert in family and social relations, holds a master degree in mental and neurological diseases from the Faculty of Medicine at Al-Azhar University.
He currently occupies many positions, he is a member of the Board of Directors, Technical Director and head of the Department of Psychiatry in the branches of Dr. Jamal Madi Abu Al-Azayem’s Hospital for Psychiatry and Addiction Treatment, and head of Hayat Center for Consulting and Training.
He is a professional trainer in the psychological field, he leads many therapeutic groups and training workshops and is also a lecturer in the field of psychiatry and family medicine and has a lot of contributions in the social and voluntary fields as he is an active writer in social media and has more than one hundred thousand followers on his Facebook page.
In addition to having many articles and writings published in the field of psychiatry.
Dr. Mohammed Said has graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in June 2005 (BVSc. –
Grade: Very Good).
A few months later (March 2006) He was appointed as a demonstrator of surgery, Anaesthesiology & Radiology.
In 2009, He received his Master’s degree in Veterinary Sciences (MVSc – surgery, Anaesthesiology & Radiology) and then became an assistant lecturer.
In March 2013, He received his Ph.D. degree in Veterinary Sciences (Ph.D. – surgery, Anaesthesiology & Radiology).
The Ph.D. dissertation was entitled “Educational and clinical studies on some Equine fractures"
Later, He was appointed as Lecturer of surgery, Anaesthesiology & Radiology till March 2018.
Dr. Sayed is an assistant Prof. of Nutrition at the National Nutrition Institute, Cairo, Egyp. Dr. Sayed holds a PhD in Nutrition and Food Science, June (2012), Master of Nutrition and Food Science, June (2000)& Bachelor of Nutrition and Food Science, May (1994).
He has worked as a nutritionist at the clinical nutrition department of the National Nutrition Institute then he has become a Lecturer of nutrition& then an assistant Prof. of nutrition From October 2018 till now.
He teaches at training and development units at NNI, MOH, GOMH, and GOTHI. Also at Egyptian fellowship of Clinical nutrition for physicians and in Pediatric clinical nutrition courses at many medical Syndicates & in clinical nutrition, obesity management, and sports nutrition courses at many teaching academies and centers.

Moreover, Dr. Mohamed has been driving enterprises to realize the desired commercial aspiration in the pharmaceutical market since 2008; being one of the most intensive bureaucratic markets, he was able to execute studied concepts through instructing his subordinates with necessary strategies to maneuver the age of uncertainty & respond properly to dynamics.
He had 20+ years of practical expertise & 15+ years of (on top of the job) training experience (2.000 hours).
Chest consultant graduated from Faculty of Medicine –Ain Shams University at 2010,
got the master degree in 2014, got the MD degree in 2019, works as a lecturer in Chest Department of
Faculty of Medicine –Ain Shams University and as a chest consultant at many Hospitals including Ain
Shams University Hospitals, El-Aqqad Hospital, Bedayat Hospital, and EL-Sanibel Hospital.
